Pure Goat's Milk Colostrum

Found in the product: GMP (Goat's Milk Protein) Plus

It is the first form of milk produced by the mammary glands of mammals (including many humans) immediately following delivery of a newborn. Most species will generate colostrum just prior to giving birth. It contains antibodies to protect the new-born against disease. In general, the protein concentration in colostrum is substantially higher than in milk.

When harvested from goat’s milk it can be described as a brilliantly designed immune system delivery protocol which effectively “jump starts” a new-born’s undeveloped immune system and is unique because it’s from goat milk. This means it is from a source that is closer to human milk than from cows and is easily tolerated by most.

Colostrum is made up of various macro and micro constituents such as cytokines, immunoglobulins, lactoferrin, growth factors and hormones, etc. These components have various biological roles.
